HAPPY 2008!!!

I hope everyone had "Happy Holidays." The Brauers Bunch have no complaints!!! We're all looking forward to see what 2008 holds for us, as 2007 brought us many new & exciting adventures....a move to Alabama, the purchase of a new home, new friends etc. Although we do miss our family & friends in California, we honestly have no regrets about 2007.

Though I am not big on making resolutions, I am going to attempt a BIG ONE here. I am going to try (keyword....TRY) to keep in better touch with those that are always on our minds & forever in our hearts.....whether it's with a phone call, e-mail, snail-mail or making a daily post here. No more excuses!!! We all have 5 minutes to spare to "check-in" with those that we care about, even if it's just to say "hi....just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you today."

As for a personal resolution....I am going to resolve to make time for "ME." Since I've had the girls

which I'm sure all moms have experienced, is that we have a tendancy to forget about ourselves in the daily hussle & bussle. So I figure I'm worth about an hour of "ME -TIME" a day.....whether it's to read a book, give myself a mani & pedi, soak in the bath tub without interruption.....just as long as I do SOMETHING FOR ME!!!
